On Friday I found out I have been successful in my application to Creative Scotland for funding to support my time at Hospitalfield. This is a big deal in that it allows me the time to fully make the most of the residency without having to wrangle jobs on the side. I can say no to jobs that don't serve my future goals and enjoy all my creative time. It also feels like a big milestone in my artistic career to have this submission accepted, it is the largest pot of funding I have received so far.
